Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using GeoMadness, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GeoMadness for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control.

In-App Purchases

GeoMadness offers optional in-app purchases:

• Consumable purchases (extra lives) are non-refundable once used
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Manage subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Game Center

GeoMadness integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Use of Game Center is subject to Apple's terms of service.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Attempt to manipulate scores or achievements
• Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Disclaimer

GeoMadness is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
